Workbench with hardware

Used to hold tools, parts, and equipment while working on outboard.

While the engine and the cart are removed, the storage rack can be turned on its side with the larger legs down. Located on the back side when vertical and top side when horizontal the OEMR has a workbench factory installed. The workbench has raised edges to prevent small items from rolling off. Drain holes have also been installed to allow water to drain properly. This workbench provides a field expedient work area to perform preventive maintenance and lower level corrective maintenance. The SR can be located closer to the water/boats and thus allowing the certified mechanic on duty to perform basic maintenance, diagnostic testing and repairs.

Diagnostic Pod with hardware

Diagnostic Pod used to hold tools, cables, and parts. Locking 8 compartments (4 on each side)

A triangular shaped locking container that is located in the internal rear area of the STR & OEMR has been designed to allow the user to securely place required tools and various parts as needed for the multi-fuel engine. It can hold the operators tool kit, diagnostic cables and equipment, as well as various other tools required for maintenance. The diagnostic kit is a water resistant container that can ensure essential items arrive with the engine.

Oil Pod with hardware

Oil Pod used to hold one gallon of Evinrude Synthetic Oil.

The oil pod can be installed inside the front left middle area of the storage and transport rack by the user and it comes factory installed in the outboard engine maintenance rack. Its location allows the 55MFE (multi-fuel engine) on the OMC to be inserted properly without causing damage to either the engine or the oil pod. The water resistant oil pod comes with a latch mechanism to allow the user to install a lock to secure the oil.
